In the year 2056 the Grid is a virtual network of corporate data and secrets. The only item of value these days is information—and you’re just the wirehead to steal it. Get in to the main frame, locate the goods, and get back out before the security programs track you. Otherwise you’ll risk having your neurons zapped or corporate security busting down your door!
In The Grid you play as a futuristic hacker guiding your digital avatar through a virtual network to avoid security bots, capture data, and complete jobs. To win, complete all tasks and reach each job node. Mod your character’s 5x6 grid deck to enhance your actions. Beware of security bots, which not only hinder you in the network, but can track your real-world location to send deadly force to
stop you!
