This book showcases the unique monsters from Alexey Aparin’s Bestiary Card Deck. These critters, also featured in Tome 2 of Treacheries of the Troublesome Towns, are provided here with rules to use them outside the context of towns.

Note: Treacheries of the Troublesome (TTT) is not published yet at the time of this writing. When these monsters will appear in TTT, their profiles will be adjusted for play in towns and based on the party’s highest character level. TTT is designed for advanced play and features more sophisticated rules intended for experienced players. Players who prefer the simpler play style outlined in Four Against Darkness will enjoy this book’s more direct “kill and loot” approach.
